You find the product catalog on Ariba by searching for ‘Moments that Delight’ or ‘Icebox’ that will bring up the link to our exclusive punch out catalog.

If you don’t have Ariba access and would like to browse, or like to order via a credit card you can navigate directly to the catalog by visiting https://momentsthatdelight.iceboxonline.com.

When Icebox ships these items, they do so under Delta’s UPS account. To maintain compliance, they are required to have the recipient’s cost center on the label.

Anyone with Ariba access can order these items. All orders are billed directly to the organization/station’s cost center.

The Brand Experience Service Excellence team, in partnership with Supply Chain, conducted an extensive review and selection process with multiple vendors and Icebox was the company that best met Delta’s needs.

Delta has a long history with Icebox as they’ve provided products for us throughout the years. Icebox provides all the items at the Delta Flight Museum and promotional items for events and meetings across the company!

The Moments that Delight Product Catalog was created to ensure a one-stop-shop for consistent, affordable, and brand approved items to be quickly ordered by stations or divisions to distribute to create meaningful connections with our customers.

In the post-flight survey, our customers are asked if they’ve "experienced a moment where Delta exceeded your expectations”. If they answer yes, this is considered a moment that delights. This will look different across the travel ribbon for different work groups. These products are meant as a way to create a genuine connection with our customers.

These items were handpicked by a cross-operational group of Delta people who shared ideas and feedback on how these items will be received, as well as how each item could impact their area of work.

That is because the item is out of stock or discontinued. Only products that are in stock and ready to ship will be shown on the website. Once more inventory is in the warehouse, it will appear on the catalog once again. Occasionally products may be discontinued due to supply lack of popularity or supply issues. Some items used for moments that delight are not produced by Icebox. Instructions on how to order these items are found at the bottom of the product pages.

All products have gone through an extensive brand approval process in conjunction with the Window Seat. The colors and logos for these items are consistent with the Delta brand standards, as we are aiming for consistency and quality across the system to maintain the integrity of the Delta brand.

Every product has a review section that we encourage all to use. Leave your feedback to help other stations decide what would be best to order, how you like to deliver it to customers, and what isn’t so popular.

There is no minimum order, but all items are sold by the case. Reference the product description to see the case sizes and price per item.

All these items are ordered in case quantity. Refer to the number of items per case in the product description.

These prices have been negotiated with Supply Chain and Icebox to ensure Delta is receiving the best possible rates!

There is a Sustainable/Eco-Friendly page on the catalog that highlights products that are sustainable.

While the Product Catalog can take you to the order form, custom holiday items must be purchased through that form. Any other catalog items will be purchased separately through the Product Catalog.
